Telephony is one of the most common places business technology projects go wrong because it sits across three normally separate disciplines — the SIP provider, the phone-system vendor and the network underneath. When those three are managed by different people, every call-quality issue becomes a finger-pointing exercise. The most common failure mode we see is a Teams Phone deployment that landed without anyone tuning the underlying network for voice — calls drop, audio quality is bad, and nobody owns the fix. Telephony works cleanly when one team owns the whole stack, from the SIP trunk to the desk handset to the QoS settings on the switch.

How we deliver it

We start by mapping how your team actually communicates today — call volumes, who answers what, after-hours patterns, mobile vs desk preferences, conference-room needs. From there we recommend a platform and SIP provider, design the call flows on paper, and validate the network configuration (typically in the Test LAN) before any porting happens. Cutover lands in a planned window — usually outside core hours — with the same team on hand for the stabilisation week. Because Alexis IT also designs and supports the network underneath, voice tuning and Teams Phone configuration happen on the same network gear we already manage for you.
