Why it matters

How we work with education sites
We scope education work in Term 4 — campus survey, design review with the school's IT lead and business manager, kit order placed against a confirmed budget. Install runs across the summer break, with inter-building fibre, switching, wireless and CCTV all on one programme rather than three separate vendors arriving in sequence. At handover, the school receives the as-built pack — VLAN map, fibre strand schedule, switch port allocations, camera schedule — and the same Alexis IT team takes over Term 1 support, so issues that surface in the first week of school land with people who know exactly what was installed.
